Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Meeting Cost (the "Service") is provided by S. Alz., an individual seller based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the plan you hold. You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

3. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
  • No infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
  • No interference with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, unauthorised access).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your account.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, its software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Cost figures are estimates based on the data you enter and must not be relied on as payroll, accounting, legal or financial advice.

6. Payments

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with our Refund Policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases made through the Google Play Store are handled by Google under its own terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time; data stored on your device can be cleared from your browser.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, the content you enter, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions? Use our contact form.
